I was born and raised in Fairfield, spent over 20 years raising my two sons in Winters, and I'm back home now — caring for family, rescuing animals, playing music, and helping people navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

With 20+ years in mortgage lending, an active NMLS lending license, and experience working directly with private money investors, I understand financing at a level most agents never will. I speak 'lender' fluently — which means I protect my clients from contract-to-close in ways that matter.
